Apex SDS Santa Ana, California and Hayden, Idaho locations are focused on manufacturing space systems, with capabilities to produce lightweight, structural composite parts. Our expert technicians and machinists can build, machine, and inspect raceway systems and customize components with complex geometries to meet our customers’ requirements, which optimize the aerodynamics of the launch vehicle without sacrificing performance. • Extensive experience with large complex laminates and cores, including forming and co-curing honeycomb core panels
• Autoclave cures, ovens, CNC 5-axis machining, and cleanrooms sized for large space structures
