CNC Machining Services
At APEX Space & Defense Systems, we provide turnkey complex composite solutions to support aerospace and defense markets. Critical to our vertically integrated facilities is the ability to machine very large and very tight tolerance parts. Our dedicated manufacturing facilities utilize CNC 5-Axis machines as large as 26' in length to facilitate sizeable part machining. This allows us to provide gap seals for the surfaces of the likes of an F-35 and also machine large sections of ISR Belly Pods and Radomes used on America’s most critical defense and surveillance platforms.
We understand your application requires parts that fit perfectly the first time. A misaligned hole or an out-of-tolerance shaft can ground a vehicle. That is why we emphasize precision in every step of the manufacturing cycle.
In-House Capabilities
APEX has always been willing to invest in the right equipment to support our varied customer base and their critical programs. For CNC machining, we purchased the same equipment one of our customers used during their aircraft development phase so that we could be assured that our trimmed products would meet their drawing call outs. Between our sites, we can machine to net dimensions for very large and very small components regardless of their production rates.
APEX Space & Defense's CNC machining services include:
- CNC Milling
- CNC Turning
- CNC Routing
