    Tooling Solutions

    Our rapid tooling capabilities set the foundation for your composite prototype part's success. We employ advanced CAD/CAM systems and CNC machining to quickly create low rate production tools and molds that shorten the lead time of protype parts.

    3D Printing

    We utilize a wide range of 3D printing prototyping technologies to best suit each project’s needs. This includes FDM, SLA, and SLS. We select the most appropriate method based on your project requirements, timeline, and budget.

    • Maximum Part Size: 250 × 250 × 250 mm
    • Supported Filament: PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, PVA, PETIdeal for PA, PC, Carbon/ Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer
    • Minimum Feature Size: We can manufacture and inspect to tight tolerances, including sub 0.03″ to 0.06″ tolerances.

    Castings

    Urethane Casting

    We offer high-quality urethane casting for prototypes and low-volume production runs, delivering parts with excellent detail and durability. Urethane casting also called vacuum casting allows us to quickly fabricate parts without the cost of expensive tooling/molds.

    Transition to Production

    Once your design is validated, we transition seamlessly into full-scale low and/or high rate production. Our advanced manufacturing facilities and skilled technicians ensure consistent, high-quality output, whether you need a small batch or large production run.
